System requirements and compatibility guide

It’s important to ensure your site meets the minimum system requirements and is compatible with your current setup. This guide covers everything you need to know to run our plugins smoothly and avoid potential conflicts.

WordPress and WooCommerce Requirements

  • WordPress Version:
    • Minimum: WordPress 5.0 or higher.
    • Recommended: Latest stable WordPress version.
    • Our plugins are tested with each major WordPress release.
  • WooCommerce Version:
    • Minimum: WooCommerce 4.0 or higher.
    • Recommended: WooCommerce 6.0 or higher.
    • Full compatibility with the latest WooCommerce releases.
  • PHP Requirements:
    • Minimum: PHP 7.4.
    • Recommended: PHP 8.0 or higher.
    • Memory limit: 256MB minimum (512MB recommended for larger stores).

Server and Hosting Requirements

  • Web Server:
    • Apache 2.4+ or Nginx 1.15+.
    • SSL certificate recommended for secure transactions.
    • Adequate disk space for plugin files and data storage.
  • Database:
    • MySQL 5.6+ or MariaDB 10.1+.
    • Proper database permissions for plugin table creation.
    • Regular database backups recommended.
  • Network Requirements:
    • Reliable internet connection for license activation.

  • Note: Internet Explorer is not supported.

Theme Compatibility

  • Supported Themes:
    • All properly coded WordPress themes.
    • WooCommerce-compatible themes.

    • Default WordPress themes (Twenty Twenty-One, Twenty Twenty-Two, etc.).
  • Theme Requirements:

    • Go to WooCommerce → Status in your admin dashboard.

Essential Steps:

  • Verify WordPress and WooCommerce versions meet requirements.
