Managing your account settings

Your Store Boost Kit account settings allow you to update your personal information, billing details, and login credentials at any time. Keeping this information current ensures smooth plugin updates, proper billing, and secure account access.

Accessing Your Account Settings

Step 1: Log Into Your Account

  • Visit account page
  • Enter your email address and current password
  • Click “Login” to access your account dashboard

Step 2: Navigate to Profile Settings

  • Once logged in, locate the account navigation menu
  • Click on the “Profile” tab
  • You’ll see all your account settings organized in clear sections

Updating Your Personal Information

Change Your Name

Your name appears on invoices and communications from our team.

To update your name:

  • Locate the “Change Your Name” section in your profile
  • Update the First Name field with your current first name
  • Update the Last Name field with your current last name
  • Modify the Display Name field – this is how your name appears in your account
  • Click “Save Changes” to confirm your updates

Tip: Your display name can be different from your legal name if you prefer a professional alias.

Update Your Primary Email Address

Your email address is used for login, plugin downloads, support communications, and billing notifications.

To change your email:

  • Find the “Primary Email Address” section
  • Enter your new email address in the Primary Email Address field
  • Click “Save Changes”
  • Check both your old and new email for confirmation instructions

Important: You’ll need to verify your new email address before the change takes effect. Check your spam folder if you don’t receive the verification email within a few minutes.

Managing Your Billing Address

Keeping your billing address current ensures accurate invoices and helps with payment processing.

To update your billing address:

  • Scroll to the “Change your Billing Address” section
  • Fill in the following fields:
    • Line 1: Your primary street address
    • Line 2: Apartment, suite, or building number (if applicable)
    • City: Your city or town
    • Postal / ZIP Code: Your postal or ZIP code
    • Country: Select your country from the dropdown menu
    • State / Province: Choose your state or province (appears after selecting country)
  • Review all information for accuracy
  • Click “Save Changes” to update your billing address

Note: Your billing address appears on all invoices and must match your payment method for security purposes.

Changing Your Password

Regular password updates help keep your account secure, especially if you’ve shared login credentials or suspect unauthorized access.

To change your password:

  • Locate the “Change your Password” section at the bottom of your profile
  • Enter your desired new password in the New Password field
  • Re-enter the same password in the Re-enter Password field to confirm
  • Click “Save Changes” to update your password
