Access the main settings at WordPress Admin → Expiry Manager → Settings

Default Expiry Period

Set the default number of days products remain active after publication.This applies to all products unless overridden at the product level.

Action on Expiry

Choose what happens automatically when a product reaches its expiry date.

Recommendation: Use “Draft” for temporary removal or “Expired” to maintain product data while preventing sales.

Expire Product Soon Message

Customize the message displayed on products approaching their expiry date.

Expire Product Badge:

Set the text shown on products that have already expired.

Use Case: If you choose to display expired products (instead of hiding them), this badge alerts customers.

Hide Expired Products in Shop

Enable this checkbox to completely remove expired products from your shop catalog and search results.
