Customize Global Settings

Access the main settings at WordPress Admin → Review Follow Up → Settings

Email will be sent in (x) days: Number of days after order completion before sending the initial review request email.

Send email when order total exceeds (x): Only send review requests for orders above a certain value.

Request Type: Focuses on the highest-value product in the order or includes all purchased items

Exclude Product Categories: Select categories to exclude from automated review requests.

Enable Follow-up: Toggle to activate the automated follow-up email sequence

Discount Amount: Enter the discount value (e.g., 20 for 20% off or $20 off)

Coupon Expires In: Number of days until the discount coupon expires (e.g., 3 days)

Allowed Coupon Limits Per Year: Maximum number of reward coupons a single customer can receive per year.

Important: When the limit is reached, customers still receive the thank-you email, but without the discount code.
