Customize Global Settings

Access the main settings at WordPress Admin → Review Follow Up → Settings

Cart Abandonment Timing: Set the time interval (in minutes) after which an inactive cart is marked as abandoned.

Enable Exit Intent Popup: Toggle to enable or disable the exit intent popup that appears when customers attempt to leave your site.

Exit Intent Expiry Session in Minutes: Set how long (in minutes) the exit intent session remains active before showing the popup again to the same visitor.

Magic Link Personalization: When an abandoned cart exceeds this amount, the system sends a notification to the admin email with a special link to personalize the recovery email for that specific customer.

Enable Incentive: Toggle to enable or disable the incentive system. When disabled, recovery emails are sent without discount offers.

If order amount exceeds, apply discount: Enter the minimum cart total required to trigger discount application (use 0 to apply discounts to all abandoned carts).

If order amount exceeds, apply free shipping: Enter the minimum cart total required to trigger free shipping (use 0 to apply free shipping to all abandoned carts).

If order amount exceeds, apply discount and free shipping: Enter the minimum cart total required to trigger both discount and free shipping (use 0 to apply both incentives to all abandoned carts).

Discount Amount: Enter the discount value (e.g., 20 for 20% off or $20 off)

Coupon Expires In: Number of days until the discount coupon expires (e.g., 3 days)

Abandonment Email Minutes: Set how many minutes after abandonment to send the first reminder email.

Followup Email Minutes: Set how many minutes after the abandonment email to send the discount incentive email.

Final Reminder Minutes: Set how many minutes after the followup email to send the final reminder.
