Customize Email Templates
Navigate to WordPress Admin → Restock Alerts → Email Templates to customize all email communications.
Available Email Templates
- Verification Email – Sent when a customer subscribes to confirm their email address
- Back In Stock Email – Sent automatically when the product becomes available again
- First Follow Up Email – Optional reminder email sent X days after back-in-stock notification
- Second Follow Up Email – Optional final reminder with discount code incentive
Customizing Email Templates
Each template includes the following customizable fields:
Subject: The email subject line that appears in the recipient’s inbox.
Heading: The main heading displayed at the top of the email body.
Email Content: The main body content of the email.
Footer Text: Text displayed at the bottom of the email.
Available Dynamic Tags
You can use the following dynamic tags in your email templates. These will be automatically replaced with actual values when emails are sent:
{customer_name}– The subscriber’s name{site_name}– Your website name{site_url}– Your website URL{verify_url}– The tokenized email verification link{verify_url_btn}– The tokenized email verification button{product_name}– Name of the product{buy_now}– Buy now button linking to the product{product_name}– Name of the product{discount}– The discount percentage or amount{coupon_code}– The generated coupon code{coupon_expires}– Number of days until coupon expires{buy_now}– Buy now button linking to the product
